These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by PJ Kool Aircond Service ("we", "us", or "our"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Services
We provide aircond servicing including but not limited to:
- Standard cleaning and maintenance
- Chemical wash and chemical overhaul
- Aircond repair and troubleshooting
- New unit installation and replacement
- Commercial maintenance contracts
Booking and Appointments
- Appointments can be booked via WhatsApp, phone call, or our contact form.
- We aim to provide same-day or next-day service within our coverage areas, subject to availability.
- Please allow a 1-2 hour window for technician arrival on the scheduled date.
- If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 2 hours before the appointment.
Pricing and Payment
- All prices listed on our website are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are subject to change without notice.
- Prices shown are per indoor unit unless otherwise stated.
- A diagnostic fee of RM50 applies for troubleshooting visits. This fee is waived if you proceed with the recommended repair.
- Additional charges may apply for parts, refrigerant beyond the included amount, or unforeseen complications discovered during service.
- Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash and online bank transfer.
Free Gas Top-Up
Chemical wash and repair bookings include a complimentary gas top-up of up to 10kg of R22, R32, or R410A refrigerant. This offer is subject to the following conditions:
- Applies only to chemical wash and repair services
- Top-up is limited to 10kg per service visit
- Gas type must match the unit's specifications
- Does not apply to standard cleaning services
Warranty
- All services come with a 30-day workmanship warranty from the date of service.
- Gas leaks are covered for 30 days after service.
- Warranty covers rework of the same issue at no additional charge.
- Warranty does not cover new issues unrelated to the original service, damage caused by power surges or external factors, or units that have been tampered with by other technicians after our service.
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge if you notify us at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.
- No-show appointments or last-minute cancellations may result in a scheduling priority adjustment for future bookings.
Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution to provide quality service, PJ Kool Aircond Service shall not be liable for:
- Pre-existing damage or defects in your aircond units not caused by our service
- Damage resulting from power surges, lightning, or other external factors
- Consequential damages arising from aircond malfunction
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
