Mr. Heng started PJ Kool Aircond Service in 2003 from a simple frustration: too many aircond companies were sending untrained apprentices to customer homes and charging for work they couldn't properly do. Customers deserved better.
From the beginning, the rule was straightforward — only experienced technicians handle the work. No trainees practising on your unit. No subcontractors who disappear after the job. Every person we send has a minimum of 10 years on the tools.
Today, managed under Yit Loong Trading, PJ Kool Aircond Service has served over 10,000 customers across Petaling Jaya, Damansara, Subang Jaya, Puchong, and Kuala Lumpur. We service approximately 150 units every month — both residential and commercial.
Our prices are published upfront. Our gas top-up is genuinely free with every chemical wash. And every service comes with a 30-day workmanship warranty. These aren't marketing promises — they're how we've operated since day one.
